While there are plenty people on here who could help you, few are likely to do so while you are registered as a private seller.

Convert your account to a business account and come back. You may get more help then.

Giving you the benefit of the doubt, to sell items for a profit, there are certain laws that you must follow.

To do so, you must use a business account on Ebay.
A private account does not allow you to follow consumer law.
You also need to comply with Ebay's dropshipping policy.  So I would suggest that you check it out properly.

However, as per the previous poster, if you want proper help, then you need to do so as a business seller!
Aside from which, as a private seller you need to use Simple Delivery.

That immediately excludes you from dropshipping, as otherwise you will have to pay for postage twice.

Once on Ebay and once with the dropshipper.

And you are of course aware that you cannot dropship from another retailer?

A private seller is one who is just selling off their own personal items such clothes from their wardrobe, bits from their loft/garage etc.

A Business seller is someone who buys or makes items to sell on.  They need to be registered as a business to meet the requirements of UK law. eBay will be providing HMRC with your details anyway so it's vital to keep correct accounts for your tax return. You can obviously offset more expenses as a business seller, but can't offset any at all as a private one.

To correctly register as a business seller simply go to your Personal Information in your account and to the right of Account Type, which will be showing as 'Individual'  you'll see an Edit option.

This doesn't affect your feedback profile or any current listings, it merely upgrades your account so that you're compliant with current consumer and eBay policy.
