What happened to Detailed Seller Ratings?

I am used to clicking on the numbers of sellers feedback stars and it then showing me the exact result i.e. 5, 4.9, 4.7 etc.

Today nothing happens at all when I click - has anyone else noticed this or just me?

Friday is usually maintainance day,freaky stuff happens 🙄

I've just checked 3 selelrs,  and it's still all there for me.  I'm on a laptop jusing Chrome.

However,  Friday is eBay's maintenance day,  and many things go awry or are not possible from time to time, when the tech teams in eBay's HQ  in CaliforniA,  are tweaking and installing new systems,  as it's still very early hours in the morning there.

Might just be the cause,  so worth trying again a little later on in the day.

Thanks to you and Roger for the info as didn't realise Friday may be the cause. I'm on a desktop which may be relevant, or not. I'll wait and see if it changes - hope so!

Still the same unfortunately despite a computer re-start etc. Will wait a few more days then contact CS.

Strange it appears only me as never had this problem before in all my years on eBay.

Might be browser issues.

Chrome works best with eBay.

The ol' cure of clearing cache and cookies may help too?

No one is reporting this , so it must be something at your end that needs fixing. Hope the above helps.
