Has anyone else been dealing with some weird activity in the last 24 hours or so? Ive had multiple purchases at my store today, but none have completed and all have shown "We couldn’t process this payment". One ended up canceling, which is really frustrating.
Incidentally, I tried making some purchases last night on eBay and was met with the same issue. Ebay were unhelpful and stated that there is either a "Technical Issue" or a "Payment Issue". Couldn't get vaguer than that, Ebay! It took multiple attempts for me to complete the purchases, each with about 2 hours between attempts because I just could do anything with my orders. The X factor was with my initial attempts, I was trying to split my order between my eBay balance and my bank. Lo and behold it worked! Never had an issue like this before. My sales and my personal experience of trying to purchase something with exactly the same payment message seems like more than a coincidence.
So I ask again, is anyone else's having issues with sales on eBay in the last 24 hours or so?
