On May 1st, I got notified my account was suspended. I immediately filled in all the required info, and it was confirmed everything was complete.
First agent told me the restriction would be gone in 3 working days. I waited — nothing. Second agent said, “Wait another 5 days.” Still nothing. Third agent promised 72 hours. Guess what? Still restricted. Fourth agent claimed the system would “automatically” remove it once requirements were met, and told me to wait 24 hours. Then they literally left the chat while I was still asking questions.
This is ridiculous. The customer service is useless, and the system is broken.
Anyone has experience on facing this issue?

Hi ripit.ralph, thanks for your post.
For this, we'd recommend contacting our customer service team, so they can look into this. This is because while cases might be or look similar, most restrictions and suspensions are actioned independently and not all accounts and or restrictions/suspensions are the same.
Once you contact them, they can review that further for you, and they will advise next steps or provide a final outcome.
Thank you,
Marco

Absolutely no. Have you spoken to the Ebay seller help "team"
A suspended account appears from nowhere and without warning whilst Ebay investigate.
The seller help team are clueless as to why except to advise there is a warning of activity on your account. They cannot be specific and when pushed suggest that if they were to advise you further that you, the seller may remove the "risk" to your own account. What risk, why are we the sellers not kept fully informed.
It took me hours of attempted contact and stress to finally get an answer from America....

Thanks for your reply, choctaw-blues.
I understand what you mean, this is why I've said above that they will be able to either provide next steps or a final outcome. If there are actions you can take to help, they will let you know. Otherwise, they will give you a final outcome.
Thanks,
Marco
