With my experience I would like to rise an alert. Beware of fraudulent sellers using deceptive tactics. Once you purchase an item from them, they never actually ship it. After waiting and reaching out to inquire, they respond with a scripted excuse like:

"Hello, I’m not sure what’s going on with the parcel. I contacted Royal Mail and they said there may have been an issue at the depot. It’s likely the batch of parcels was lost in transit as it hasn’t updated. Online advice says we should both report it to eBay..."

This is a common scam pattern. They rely on vague shipping claims and delay tactics to avoid accountability.

⚠️ Please stay vigilant. Do not engage with these sellers. Report them immediately.

The best awareness is being aware of eBay's 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee, which is written on every listing.

If an item doesn't arrive after a reasonable time past its last estimated date for delivery listen to no excuses from sellers that ' it's on it's way' , and follow MBG's policy to open a case for item not received for a full refund.  Only the seller entering a valid tracking number showing delivery will close the case in the seller's favour.

MBG applies to items received which are not as described.
