Hi,
I've always had 100% positive feedback and pride myself on it. However, recently I encountered a very vindictive member.
They left me Neutral feedback for absolutely NO reason whatsoever! I politely asked them to remove it and was ignored. Bottom line is it was sour Grapes on their part, I'll explain briefly.
I was selling an item 'Collection' only, they pressed 'Buy it Now' then complained that I wouldn't post it! My Ad said ' No postage, collection only!
After a few brief messages between us the order was obviously cancelled, I then get the Neutral feedback! It is so unfair, what can I do?

Me too loved the ghosting @tressygirl .
Yeah! and the bit about her 'community' having had their devises (sic) removed for examination!
What about the accusation that she leaves the box around her scruffy house to fool people that she buys expensive items - priceless.
A very naughty seller - but I do hope the buyers read the comments.

Oh I wouldnt bother about that.
I got a neutral because someone purchased a crafting CD from me,loved the delivery, loved the communication but hated what was on the commercial CD !
As if that was anything to do with me.
I know its irksome but actually its just annoying to you that you to see that neutral in amongst a sea of Positives.
As for Ebay, dont take it personally, they really dont care, never ever believe they will treat you with anything approaching reasonableness and then you wont be disappointed.

Without this link it's unlikely many buyers would get as far as checking feedback to research as a potential seller, because the feedback is only 90.8% which would appear on every listing.
