When I tried to relist my items that hadn't sold yesterday, I get a msg saying "It looks like you've reached the number of items and amount you can list. You can list up to 115 items and £1,100.00 in total sales this month. I tried again today, new month and still says the same.
Any advise, on how to improve my selling? as it appears I below standard and I can't encouraged buyers to buy items from me.

It's possible ebay have decided you should be on a business account and are trying to make life awkward for you to 'encourage' you to change over....☹️
...it's the large numbers of brand new clothes in sizes from 6 to 20 that give the game away here...
(I completely understand that ebay have *never* really given advice on who should and shouldn't be on private accounts: they have even seemed to encourage trading on private accounts! But they seem to be starting to realise their mistake now HMRC are going to be getting everybody's details )

Items that I am selling is from my own household of family, and items that has been stored away gathering dust. So how can I overcome this issues, as i was having a massive clear out due to downsizing.

Ask them
Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
