Is it possible to 'void' the extra label? If so, then you would be able to apply for a refund. If there appears to be no way to do this, contact Customer Services, who will hopefully be able to help.

Further to my previous message then - the last three items you sold - two have Simple Delivery postage at £3.38 and one has custom postage RM tracked 48 at £3.39. Did you e.g. buy a separate postage label for either of the Simple Delivery items? Where do you see the two charges (and tracking numbers) for one item - on the order page or somewhere else?
