The listings of items I have purchased disapear very quickly. Why?

Hi,

   After I have bought something it used to be the case that I could go back and look at the whole listing of the item if I needed to. Now when I try to view the listing for what I have bought after a short time I can't see the listing at all. I just get a page saying the pages are no longer available.

   Is this normal, and if it is then the situation should be changed. I should have a reasonable amount of time to view old listings. Say 6 months rather than few few weeks.

You should be able to view purchases going back 7 years.  Just go far right on your Purchase History pge and select the year you wish to view from See Orders :  All.

Which device are you using ?  If the app I believe, as I don't use this device, there's a new version to update.

If you can,  try and switch to a PC / laptop, and use Chrome or Firefox they work best with eBay, there are less issues there.
