I realised today there is a technical issue with the listing template. If one views their listings as a buyer, you will see the Item Specifics (description box) is either not there at all, or dissapears after two seconds, replaced by ones feedback score list. I attempted to refresh the page several times and did manage to recover the Item Specifics box on one listing, but have been unable to do so on all the others. I first noticed the issue earlier today when looking at a lot from another ebayer and could not understand where the item description was.
I have reported this to ebay and got the usual "it must be your browser" response, until I took a screen grab of a listing to prove it. I was told they had looked through all of my listings and the item specifics box was definately there, even though it is not, (it is if I hit Revise Listing) having looked at all of them from a buyers perspective. The same ebay agen even attempted to convince me my browser could manipulate the ebay content, which of course it cannot.
If you are not already aware, I would check my listings to see if the Item specifics box is visible; if it is not, you are unlikely to sell much, if anything. And do not get me started on the Simple Delivery draconian cash grab.

Many reports coming through about similar aspects disappearing from view.
Try temporarily disabling Ad Block Plus, this has helped some members.

eBay need to revert to their original layoutdesign and prototyping tool, because buyers will not know they need to pause their ad blocker to be able to see the listing correctly. They will just move on without biidding. Whomever eBays CTO is should fire himself because they are an imbicile.

I've not observed this myself, unsurprisingly because I so rarely look at ebay for anything to buy. To my mind, regardless of the item specifics, a clued-up seller will include all the relevant info within the full description, hard though it is to get some buyers to read that these days.
If there's a fault caused by an adblocker, or by using a certain browser... is this fixable? On most web sites I'd say yes. I'd also say it would be picked up early by usability lab testing and by regression testing. If you're into web site design just look at the source of an ebay page (on many browsers you'll find some keyboard shortcut like ctrl+U). The sheer amount of javascript, it's a maintenance nightmare. I wouldn't join the ebay web development team if you paid me 10 grand/day, honestly.
So just focus on workarounds, like including info in your description.

I have the same issue. I can't see 'Item Specifics' on my laptop using Windows 11, but the 'Item Specifics' are there when I view items on my Samsung tablet. Ebay have to fix this.

Ive just checked my accounts (this and my private) and my husband's. Listings are not showing item specifics, item description or item number. I am seeing other seller's listings show cased just below my image. Ebay needs to fix this as you can't expect all buyers to know to disable their adblocker. I know sales are slow but today has been almost zero over 3 accounts which is almost unheard of.
