Speak to someone at ebay

Hi, used to be able to request call back from ebay but eveyrhing I try and I can't see that function. It was so easy and they would call back quickly. 

But it just comes up with automated or something else. 

How do I speak to someone. Thanks

I’ve found that the quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below.

You should then see the Chat With Us or Have Us Call You options appear:

They’re open 8.00 am - 10.00 pm Mon - Fri  and 9.00 - 6.00 Sat/Sun.

However, unless this is an account related issue you could try asking us here.

I'd just bookmark it, it's eBay's Customer Services page.

However, the contact routes do sometimes change so you can always pop back here and ask.
