Sold items postage only but want to allow pickup after sale.

I have sold a few items to the same buyer. He has asked me if he can collect, which I said should be fine, but on my listing I selected postage only. How do I cancel the postage charges?

You can't, and your buyer won't have that all important collection code that's generated on collection listings. You need this to prove that your buyer has been and collected their items.

On that basis, I'd cancel the order and would relist all the items as a job lot in one listing and make it collection only, then your buyer can re-purchase.
