So my item was delivered to the buyer in Holland five days ago yet funds still pending

No open case.  Asked assistant why funds haven't been released and it replied:

I'm not finding any items with recently opened requests or cases, antony. Either the buyer still needs to report that their item hasn't arrived or your case was already closed.

There was no case. It still says funds pending. Awaiting delivery.

Ebay's own tracker says it was delivered 5 days ago. Not to the depot. It was received by the purchaser. This was an expensive item and Ebay appear to be holding onto my money for no valid reason. I'm a private seller.

There's a new payout system introduced this month,  whereby tracking showing delivery the payout is released 2 days after that delivery date.  With no tracking , the payout is held for 14 days.

However,  eBay are currently experiencing an issue with tracking on some items not updating.

I'll tag Community Manager dave@ebay   who is dealing with this,  and he can add your account to the ' bug ticket'.

In fact I have another item delivered overseas with funds pending. That one was delivered 6 days ago. Item number: 285591679982

I've spoken to Ebay about this just now. Item sent tracked to GSP 8 days ago, no updates on tracking, only showed dispatched, until today where tracking shows container closed so on its way to my buyer.

GSP received that item 5 days ago, so I should have received payment 3 days ago but still shows payment held due item  waiting to be  received at GSP.

Ebays own systems aren't working even though us sellers do everything to comply.

This is an intolerable situation. They need to sort this out pronto or sellers will stop selling internationally.

I warned everyone this would be the end result when they introduced the policy change. But this benefits them so where's the incentive to get it right.
