Slitting shop into sections

I am about to launch my shopfront on ebay.  I want to be able to section my shop into 3 sections:

Vintage Watches

Vintage Jewellery 

Antique & Vintage Objects

How do I do this?

It's already set that way via the "categories" link at top left on your "View seller's Shop" page and auto set if a buyer views "View items for sale".
