Simply Delivery No Small Parcel Size All Meduim Parcel

When I dropped a couple simply delivery parcel at the post office the other day I was told they where medium parcel labels for a small parcel size box and was asked why . I fail to understand why Simply Delivery is not set up for the size boxes which all sellers knows . This means the buyer is being charged £3.79 for a parcel anybody else can send for £3.39 any day off the week .we are being lead to believe there is a saving on postage which we all know is not true , it is just another fee for ebay to make more money . Where is the 2kg - 5kg weight bracket gone to , after royal mails April in creased there is a small saving on a box more than 5kg but between 2kg - 5kg we are being over charged . That is if you are able to sell anything . I have a local shop who does several courier companies but not Evri which is 15 mile round jouney which means it is not viable for me to use them for just one parcel i am lucky enough to sell something and i guess i am not able to . I have a local supermarket which has a Inpost  locker which again i am not able use as they do not allow Evri parcels depositted in them any more . When i spoke to customer service  the other day it was easier and far better than the old postage system which i am sorry to it is not . My guess who ever came with this does not use all they would discover that is  not true .You can not even book a royal any more  unless you are doing it via royal mail website which means doing every thing twice plus you can request royal mail to bring a label .

Simply Delivery No Small Parcel Size All Meduim Parcel

Same here - I was asked why I was using a 750g LL label when it only weighed 60g.  I had to explain about ebay's new Simpleton Delivery... he also hadn't heard anything about accepting ebay parcels that exceeded the label weight or size.
