We normally have the opposite problem, ie. difficulty combining. Although they were separate ilstings it sounds like If your buyer purchased them in a single transaction. That's when you receive one prepaid label and are expected to post them all together.
You will probably have to pay the postage yourself now (combine the three?) and change the tracking on ebay at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.
