Simple delivery...

Refunded for what?

 

If you use Simple Delivery and the buyer opens a claim for item not received,  or for a damaged item,  damaged in transit,  then eBay pay for the refund in full to the buyer,  and you get to keep the original payout.

 

So nothing to hate there,  surely ? 🤔

Thank you. I was just worried as according to the simply dilevery tracking code the item did not 'arrive', the whole £60 would be refunded to the buyer automatically after 30 days (even when the buyer did not open a case). Glad to know this automation would not happen, right ? Thanks
