Simple Delivery

Hi, 

I would like to use Simple Delivery for all my items. However the option is not available for ladies hats, belts and handbags or men’s hats? 
Does anyone know when Simple Delivery will be added to these categories?

No, no one knows. It's ironic that in the beginning I dreaded the horror stories of Simple Delivery being foist upon me, only to find it easy, begin to prefer it, only to be frustrated by the categories that don't let me use it! I think it is consistency that I'm craving the most from eBay.

I would have thought that you would be throwing your hats in the air because you cannot use simpleton delivery - most people would.

Hi Dave @davec4848 ,

At first I thought you were just a wind up merchant, but the point you make is reasonable as the goods you list are all suitable for small parcels and generally over£10 it is very strange that they are indeed excluded. If we understood the logic according to eBay i think it would be a step forward.

The lack of consistency (or, the 'I am sorry, does this make sense to anybody?' element) is, I think, one of the main reasons people are kicking back so strongly against Simple Delivery.

Jewellery is not eligible for SD but if I list a rosary (which I actually think of as jewellery) then I have to use SD. It is just so messy.

Large items, letter size items and combining postage are other issues of course.

To add to this, which is still not resolved. EBay  by some stupid logic have now converted my collection only items to simple delivery including a very large mirror and a nest of tables. 
As most of you have said there is no logic or consistency.
