For Simple Delivery to work properly, i.e. so us private sellers can combine shipments, simply allow us to mark items as dispatched and enter our own tracking details. We're not children. We'll dutifully use one of your labels when were's selling six items to one buyer but please don't think you can make us use six labels when one will do. It's a rip-off for the buyer and a HUGE headache for the seller.
PS I spoke to customer services the other day about a related matter and the agent told me he didn't understand the buyer protection fee as it didn't apply in USA where he was.
