Simple Delivery option missing

I know I'm asking this question "the wrong way around" for many users, but, bear with me.

I haven't put any new listings on this account for some time, and, when I'm trying to create new listings, I am not being offered Simple Delivery as a postage option. This is happening when I try and create a new listing from scratch, AND when I try and "sell similar" to an item which currently has Simple Delivery enabled.

As SD suits me for what I am trying to list, I would really prefer to use it.

I realise SD may well over-ride my own postage options, but I haven't had an opportunity to enter dimensions or weight etc., which may be important.

Am I missing something? The attached pic shows what I see at the postage section of the listing page.

It is saying your item WILL be listed with SD.

It says Simple Delivery  will over ride your domestic postage option.

Continue with the listing and it should be listed with SD.

@abrahamtoast are you using the app on a smart phone? I have problems seeing what delivery size is being selected that way too, although not getting the screen in your picture. I use a desktop mainly, it is clearer to me anyway.

Looking at your screenshot something isn't working correctly there.  The grey boxes should be populated.  Try using a different device/browser or the app to see if tjat makes any difference.  Failing that you will probably need to contact eBay to get the tech team to look at it.

I'm not using the mobile app - I would never use that for anything that mattered. I was using Chrome, and have tried Firefox, and cleared out my cookies, etc, all to no effect. Hopefully it'll right itself. 

Although I'm scheduling listings for Sunday, I listed one a little earlier, ending it almost immediately. It did show Simple Delivery amounts, so it seems my problem is merely cosmetic. If it keeps recurring, I'll let eBay know.

Quick update: Everything back to normal this morning, as it should be. I didn't do anything after my previous post yesterday.
