Shipping to France from the UK

I'm in the UK and have been contacted by someone in France wanting to buy a teapot I have listed but says ebay has blocked shipping to France. I can't find any information about this, does anyone know if this is the case and why?

Try putting their ID on your exemption list to remove the block:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/ExemptBuyers

If that doesn't work it's probably to do with ebay's Global Shipping Programme.   If so you could add direct postage to EU instead.

From what I can see (assuming it's the Benko), there's no postage option to France.

If you had one using GSP - it's been removed or not showing for some reason. Try checking all the GSP options/adding it back - otherwise, direct postage as per message 2.

(I've no idea which carriers or whether GSP would cover the item for damage, so please check, if you haven't already.)
