Server Unavailable

Is anyone having issues with the app?

I have had a 'server unavailable' screen for the past 15 mins. No reports online and I have rebooted my phone.

Solved. Had to re install app.

I’m also having issues placing bids, server unavailable.

I’ve tried on two devises and restarted both and install app on both still no luck

If it's not the usual app issue,  that is uninstalling and reinstalling,  currently,  there is a major eBay server issue affecting many,  you are not alone.

eBay are aware,  and working on this,  but it is intermittent,  so perhaps try a little later on today,  or even tomorrow.

Check age of phone. Some older phones will not update app. Mine now wont run the ebay app so cant get any  % discounts for purchases via app....

I am having an issue on my desktop Chrome browser which started yesterday from late afternoon and is continuing this morning, have had intermittent messages stating they think I am a BOT and wont allow me access.

Switching to my backup Edge browser there does not seem to be an issue !

There is a major eBay server issue affecting many,  you are not alone.

yes im having the same issue since earlier on today,ive looked online says ebay has reported technical problems since sunday

Hi,

I have also had this problem since Monday on both my desktop and my laptop.

The only way I have found around this is to go through Goggle history and just click on any Ebay  item and it usually asks you to sign in to the account.

If your using Apple device then it’s a iOS update issue, I can’t update on a iPod touch now, and can’t buy, save, or bid on anything, all greyed out, and can only get the first picture of item and not the rest as it come up a white box.
