Nothing is 100% safe when selling online.
Phones are targeted by scammers every day as can be seen by many other posts about them both from buyer's and seller's.
Stating "no returns" on a listing means very little if a buyer claims "not as described" as Ebay side with the buyer 90% of the time.

Not if the buyer is dishonest.
They can claim the item isnt what was sent, send you back a book and claim a full refund
And you will not even know their real name and address...

Selling these kind of items is simply enticing scammers. I suggest selling this kind of thing elsewhere.
