Send Combined Invoices box has disappeared and replaced by 'cancel order'

The only 'workaround' available seems to be your buyers paying for everything separately, then the seller giving them a refund of the over paid postages.....

Yes it's a right p.i.t.a.  And your buyers have to trust you.

Combined Invoices have been M.I.A. for several weeks now and ebay won't say for definite when, or even *if* it'll be fixed.  ☹️

Has Ebay actually commented anywhere on this? I've seen nothing at all from them. I've been selling over 20 years. I'm not listing anymore as it's pointless. As Ebay aren't responding, it seems they no longer care so I'm looking for somewhere else to sell the last items I have left. I am interested, though, if they have made reference to this anywhere = other than the numerous phone calls they'll have received.

Well, that's part of the problem!

Many many people have phoned ebay CS and asked about this. Obviously, as CS talk a load of old cobblers a lot of the time, all these answers were different and can easily be disregarded.

There's a couple of more intelligent ebay employees who stick their heads into the boards once or twice a week (Marco, Kat and Dave) and *they* have said (after a lot of dithering) 'yes it'll eventually be fixed'.

But a member on here, a couple of weeks ago, made contact with ebay's representatives on Twitter and asked them the same question. And he got the response (words to the effect of:)  "Yeah, that's not compatible with the new system, so this is how it's going to be from now on".

So , erm... nobody knows.

When people pointed out the problem with false EDDs, initially ebay said it was a problem, it would be fixed.  They kept it up for quite a while before saying working as designed, wouldn't be fixed.
