Selling without using Simple Delivery

Been thinking of selling an item for less than £10, but when listing it on custom postage and not Simple Delivery I found I was able to list it showing a postal charge of £1.80 Royal Mail UK first class post but not able to  show a charge for international post of £3.00 which I was always able to do before the changes.

Has eBay done this purposely? because they want us to use their postage labels for International post or am I doing something wrong?

Selling without using Simple Delivery

Custom International Postage is still widely used on eBay. Instructions are here:

International postage for sellers | eBay

You don't say what happened when you tried to list with CIP so check you have GPS toggled off here:

Account Settings > Selling > Postage Preferences > Global Shipping > Edit.
