I'm still mad that a year or two ago I listed a cake knife for sale and ebay pulled it. No appeal possible, of course. Even though there were other cake knives listed. Really dangerous things, cake knives!
You could report all those other listings. Of course nothing will be done though. Those who are cynical might suspect that sellers bringing in higher revenues get cut extra slack. Or that the report button leads to a large bit bucket that nobody human looks at.
