Anyone been scammed by a buyer? I've recently got a double of a Pokémon card that is at least worth over 500 pound or more. I've been looking into selling it and what potential scams can happen. Some people have suggested doing a video and record packaging it up, others have said this is useless as if the buyer still tries to claim not as described or claims the wrong card is sent eBay will still favour the buyer even with a video. Any help appreciated.

It is true that a video showing you packing up the card is worthless, anyone can make a video then take the card out.
To be honest, if somebody is setting out to part you from your item and your money then there are ways. The unspoken rule of any online selling is to list only what you can afford to lose. Only cash on collection can't be reversed, and eBay don't permit that payment method for collection items.

I think that is too risky to list on ebay. There is no way to sell it securely on here.

If it's that valuable then I wouldn't be selling it on Ebay...get it graded professionally and then either put in a specialist auction or sell it privately in person to a collector

There are a few pokemon dealers that run shops where you might want to trade it in for store credit or cash.
