I have just sold an item to the winning bidder who bid £7. They have paid £10.70 which is £7 + £1 buyer protection fee + £2.70 for postage . EBay have paid me just £7, deducting the fee AND the postage. I have informed them. Anyone else have this issue today? 30 Mar 25 .
My concern is a number of other listings that I have current AND will I get the postage fee to send the items off . eBay???

Sounds like the listing sold had simple delivery as the postage option so the buyer paid ebay for the postage label (so they can make more money) and then ebay send the label to you to either print out or as a QR code to take to the post office so they can scan it and print the label for you.
I have continued to opt-out so far of simple delivery so have not experienced selling an item myself when simple delivery is the postage option but believe the above to hopefully be correct.

You have received the items sale price £7.00
Your buyer has paid eBay for the postage and buyer fee,eBay will send you a link to download the label for you to print out or a QR code as said by wintersdawn1,you must use the label to send the item if you buy your own postage you will not be paid for it.
