help.. why do I get emails like this from ebay?

"Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay, including sharing direct contact information prior to an eBay purchase, is not allowed."

even though I haven't made any contact outside of eBay... and I've also tried to revise the listing and end listing... but I can't and there's an error..

what should I do?

Is this on another account?

The contact would be through eBay but the message contains something they don't like.

At a guess,  this must be something to do with the ending / revising your listing.

You haven't told us the reasons why you were doing this,  but if a buyer asked you to for whatever reason, you do have to be very,  very careful how you write any message explaining you are removing an item.  The slightest indication no matter how innocent sounding, can be misread,  and all messages are read by eBay.

For the past 2 days I have not made any contact on eBay or eBay buyers. Because there were no orders, at 20:30 PM, I did a promotional listing and now I get the email from eBay.

When I want to revise the listing/end listing, I always get told to try again...

Is there a solution?

Was there anything in the listing itself that would suggest you were attempting to take a sale outside of ebay?

No, thats why im so confused.. and now i try to end listing.. its tell me try again..

From Ebay send email, my listing is hide until i fix ( revise ) it or end listing.. 

But this i try to end listing, always get pages " end listing failed please try again "

What reason are you giving when you try to end it?

I use , item is no longer to sell, and i check again from actieve list. Its already gone from listing , but. From unsold page incant end listing because the issue. Have a solution for this?

This happened to 4 of my Listings last Thursday.  I've since phoned 3 Customer Service Agents and despite the calls totalling 1 HOUR 15 MINUTES the Agents are unable to support the reason for the Listings removal. Useless ! Time to say GOODBYE EBAY ?
