Hello … A couple of questions please.

Am I correct in thinking that Royal Mail postage stamps can no longer be used when dispatching sold items on eBay.  

How does eBay proceed forward when there is so much torment caused by them on recent and forthcoming changes which only suits and benefits themselves ?

I would think you can only use postage stamps on those items that are currently exempt from Simple Delivery. Items priced £10 or under & weighing no more than 100g.

Probably safe to assume it will all change again soon... 😖

You would be correct OP, unless as @department28  says its on an item excluded. Royal Mails Tracked services (24/48)  have never allowed the use of stamps on them due to them being a VATable item.

As for your second question, who knows.......
