Is a royal mail return label starting with "OT" exclusively used by eBay? Only time i have seen tracking this is with handling eBay customer returns
Received a parcel in the post today, the postage label had our company name/address and the tracking starting with OT, however there were only 3 pieces of crumpled up A4 paper inside.. we only have one open return, but that has different tracking number and we are still waiting on customer posting it.
