Reporting a purchase as Significantly Not As Described

I recently ordered an item that, on arrival turned out to be not as described. I've tried to use the Help & Report link but the drop down menu does not offer a Significantly Not As Described option. Advice welcome.

Start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

Is there one about not matching the description or photos?

Find the item in your list of purchases and click "More actions" to the right of it then "Return this item."  When asked why choose "Item doesn't match description."
