Release of funds by ebay

When do ebay release funds for sales now? Item delivered 29th April via Parcelforce tracked and funds are still in ebay available to use to buy things? why not in bank account yet 6th May?  As not SD is not all tracking equal?

Only business sellers can receive funds into their bank account automatically now.  Private sellers have to withdraw them manually.
