Refund Buyer

Buyer has been refunded and has not returned the goods.

This is not the way to treat an honest seller!

You shouldn’t refund until you got the goods back and checked them.

eBay won’t help now it’s between you and the buyer but once you refunded that’s saying to eBay you don’t want the goods back.

You should always wait to get the item back first before refunding.   Upfront refunds usually mean seller does not want item back or the buyer's case had to be escalated to ebay and they forced the refund.  

All you can do now is ask the buyer to send item back and supply a postage label from Royal Mail or courier website.   if they refuse or don't reply I'm afraid there's nothing you can do via ebay.
