This was advised weeks ago, in line with the further announcement today that it is free to sell for private accounts.

hi dos that mean private sellers now only have 300 listing a month, what about the free 100 listing they give through out the month

Why would you need the 100 free listings with discount when it is free to sell? Genuine private accounts should find the allowance of 300 a month more than adequate.

That depends. It may not be adequate if they switch to counting the auto relist as part of the 300 quota.
I'll be ending some of my listings if I don't see clarity on that, or there's a subsequent change.
A 'subsequent change'? A bait and switch? On ebay? Shirley not!

It is wonderful news! I am thrilled! No final value fees, no other weird fees! I had no idea it was about to happen, did anyone? Unless selling overseas, so that will now mean many will untick that option, which is a shame. As there will be a 3% fee on going overseas sales, even via the eBay Global Shipping Programme.
But is it really true? No fees at all? Am i dreaming?
300 a month is massively MORE than any private seller needs. Apparently, automatic relists do not take from this total. But really, if you are a private seller, 300 should be way more than you need.

I do wish people would restrict themselves to statements about their own circumstances, not generalising about others. Yes, provided auto relists don't count, 300 will be plenty for me too, currently. But if I ever run out of larger clutter and start listing stamps from my 1960s stamp collection, I guess I'd be able to create 300+ listings in a few days and would prefer 1,000.
See also my post #6 in this thread. In ebay-land, goal posts never stay in the same place forever.
I'm glad overseas works for you. I had many delightful contacts with overseas buyers, but after Brexit I gave up listing worldwide.

Are you referring to me? State your case, please.
Do you often make such accusations without giving your reasons?
