Promoted Listings Still Charging After Listing Deleted?

Hi everyone,

I’m a private seller and recently noticed that eBay continues to charge me for a Promoted Listing, even though I’ve already deleted the item. I wasn’t aware that charges could continue after the listing is removed.

Does anyone know how to stop this from happening? If the charges keep going until my available funds run out, I’m really worried I’ll be left with nothing.

Any advice or help on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Ending all promotions is done by:

My eBay > Selling > Advertising > Campaigns > tick box next to Actions > End

...or you can use the tick box to end individual promotions.

Please know the T&Cs for your promotion before you commit. For example Priority Promotions are a monthly campaign, and you may be charged even after you end them.
