Problem with on-hold orders

After selling some items and the buyer receiving their product, I noticed that some of my orders were awaiting a tracking label, despite not using any form of mail delivery, after doing some research it seemed that the order would automatically confirm delivered after 21 days, but here I am after 28 with my orders still being kept on hold, despite the buyers in question leaving positive feedback

Has anyone had a similar issue? How long does it typically take for such an order to be marked as delivered?

As a new seller the payments may be on hold for up to 30 days.   You could chase it up by contacting ebay using callback on here:

All of your sold listings seem to have been sent digitally :- "Code will be sent via ebay messages upon purchase".

Hence all your listings were intangible and cannot be sold that way on this site by a "private" seller.

As you have no proof of delivery your buyers could easily get a refund.
