Has anyone received the invite to take part in a survey about delivery - it went to my email address only?
It was just about Simple Delivery, asking why I chose Custom not SD. There was a list of options as to why I didn't choose SD, and it covered pretty much everything that people have moaned about. You can tick more than 1 box, plus there was an 'other' option at the end, which I managed to get quite a lot into, then the last page had a box for anything else you want to say about SD.
I would suggest everyone who doesn't want SD checks if they have the survey and fills it in. There was an option to be chosen for a 30 minute one to one with a researcher about SD, but I didn't bother with that.

The end result will be that ebay will come out and say that our survey showed that people are excited with the introduction of Simple Delivery 😆

I just wish they would run proper surveys using a statistically valid number of users. However, what they really do is choose a very few members to provide feedback on something.
Seems a bit pointless to me, but I agree, anyone who gets asked should respond.

Had the same, filled it in and then it would not let me go onto next stage just saying answer the question. Pointless, again in their favour

Yes, just like they did when they removed the right for sellers to leave neut/neg feedback and when they changed the category system. What was it they said..."the changes have been met with overall approval". "Members has said that it is now easier to list items". NO THEY WEREN'T! and NO THEY DIDN'T.

Well i was invited to this, asked to fill out the survey, as i did, all was going fine until a question came up say why am i unhappy about using SD, tried several options but could not get to the next page
so they have a poor survey in their favour
