Postage

I sold an item in which I had set the postage as Evri @ £2.94 which is what the buyer has paid, however, when I go to purchase the postage label it's showing as £5.48 and is not letting me change it back.  Anybody know why it's doing that?  Thanks

It sounds as if your buyer is in one of Evri's 'remote areas' (Highlands and Islands for example).
You could ask the buyer if they mind you sending via Royal Mail, that should work out a bit cheaper (around 3.50, I think). RM deliver to all the country for one price.

Put a shipping policy on your listings which excludes remote areas from Evri delivery and use RM for these areas. You will have to add this to your current listings - should be able to do via bulk option. You can also completely stop people from buying from remote areas if you don't want to use RM.

Look at:

and to exclude areas
