Re: Postage

You cannot exclude parts of the UK.    What you can do is buy your own postage from your post office (or try to select Royal Mail only during the listing process)    RM do not charge more for any part of the UK.    If you buy your own just remember you have to add tracking and mark as dispatched manually via the dropdown menu for each item on orders page.

Re: Postage

You can exclude Scottish Isles, Ireland & other island off Mainland UK  by going to the Postage Section on your advert or your Business Postage Policy (which can be found on the left side of the your listing's page).

Postage Section

On Domestic Postage  -    Choose Evri & enter postage.

Roll down past International Section until you see 'Locations to be excluded'  -  Press Exclusion List & you will see the Scottish Isles, Ireland, Jersey & other islands around Mainland UK,  Tick the island/s you want to exclude. Press Save.

Re: Postage

It sounds like you have opted in to the business policies, so you can add a rate table which is a higher postage rate for any seller who buys from you from Islands, Highlands and NI rather than exclude them.

Underneath your user name on the top left,  go in to account settings and then scroll to business policies ( left side at the bottom).

Click on postage and you will see all of  your postage options. You can then edit on the left side.

Scroll to Delivery rate table and tick Creat rate table. Tick all of the areas which cost more to send ( Islands, Highlands and NI.) and put the postage in for these areas. It is around £3 more than usual depending on the size.
