Postage Help!

I've had a customer buy 20 of the same item however only paid one lot of postage how do I make sure this doesn't happen again?

Check on you Sellers Hub   -   Payments Column then Transactions to see exactly what the Buyer paid.

I looked at the advert the Buyer bought the 19 items on & the postage says £3.49. As you had not set up combining postage the Buyer should of paid item cost plus postage X  19 times.

If not, contact eBay's Customers Services to check.
