I cannot see any sold items on this account, was it sold on another account?

Was the item collected?  Did the buyer bring a collection code?

It looks like your funds are available, but the funds of your transaction are being delayed due to a recent change of your bank details. This can take up to 48 hours, and once that is sorted, you can manually withdraw your funds, so you can receive it in your bank account.
