Packlink

Hello please help.  I’m quite new to ebay and have just paid for my order to be dispatched through Packlink via Evri.  They are collecting the parcel on Saturday and I haven’t been sent any email confirmation from Packlink at all with a label so I can print and attach it to the parcel.  Payment has gone through ok and the parcel is now showing as dispatched with a tracking number.  I am worried that Evri will turn up on Saturday and I won’t have a label for the parcel.  I paid £12.54 for it to be dispatched as it is quite heavy and worth £80.  Is there any way I can get a label please thanks

Packlink

If you find the email that they sent to you it should be easy to get back to the label or a QR code through that.

It may have been better to use Royal Mail Tracked 48 on that one with £150 insurance included in the price.

I don"t have an answer for you as I have never used this system to post items, but your post is helpful in understanding when I have purchased items and they show dispatched and yet take so long to arrive...

If using Packlink and it shows immediately once paid a dispatch notice on the system - this is incorrect as you say they are not collecting until Saturday which is two days away. So the item has not been posted and yet the buyer thinks that it has which is confusing.

I am sure someone with more knowledge of how this works will be able to help you regarding  your label.

Apologies I missed that bit. That’s really weird.

You might be able to locate the label on here:
