Packlink Underpayment Scam

Spent a week in contact with Packlink over compensation for a damaged parcel. They eventually agree to a refund, after making me absolve them of all fault and on the condition that I see the payment as only a goodwill gesture. Then I go to my sellerhub and find that they've simultaneously hit me with a £3.18 underpayment charge for an unrelated parcel from over a month ago. No notification of this money being taken out of my account or anything. They seemed to have acted in bad faith throughout. Never had an underpayment charge before but now one suddenly appears. This is how they respond to an honest claim for damage.

Extremely devious company. I will not be using Packlink again and will no longer be keeping funds in my eBay balance that can be taken without any notification.

Packlink Underpayment Scam

Hello op.packlink do have a terrible reputation on these boards, I have never used them...i recommend using  parcel to go who are very consumer friendly and often cheaper with the same couriers..

As long as you weigh and measure and declare the full value you will be fully covered if a problem arises...being using them for over 20yrs..

Packlink Underpayment Scam

same stuff, I shipped an item weighting 50 grams more than a month ago. and I selected up to 1kg weight for this parcel. now they're charging me for overweight, saying that it was 1.25kg (with an actual weight being 50 grams), and it's all after a month of the service being completed.

absolute scam, no one can tell me how an item could grow up to x25 of it's weight during the shipment.

very annoying. their support is completely useless, gasliting robots, that are just sending some fake excel tables, naming them "evidence". this is not an evidence, it's fake.

stupidest thing is that ebay doesn't wants to do anything about it, and just redirecting me to them.
