POSTAGE -RM 48 COLLECTION

Hello,

I have tried but been unable to find out any detail about how long after RM48  Collection Postage is selected that the Parcels will be collected . Previously when Parcels have not been collected next day I have re arranged on RM's website but then when the postie does come to collect He thinks there is double the number of parcels than there actually is.

Sometimes it's 4 days after buying postage on Ebay that  someone arrives to collect.

Unlike if I bought Postage (or arranged a collection) via RM's Click and Collect website I do not get any confirmation of collection requests. Collections are next day except for when I arrange a collection on a Saturday.

Bought labels for 3 parcels on Friday 24th. Thought Collection would be Saturday .When no one arrived to collect I put that down to delays due to the Storm. But they have not Collected today either (Monday 27th).

Appears that a better way of doing things is to buy RM48 postage on Ebay then arrange the Collection on RM's website rather than select RM 48 Collection on Ebay.

It's the same price for both but better to just pay postage on Ebay and Collection on Royal Mail ?.

something is broken between royal mail and ebay.

im having repeated problems since around mid December with things that ive done in the ebay app (re booking royal mail) anf the reality of what royal mail thunk should happen.

cancelled \ voided items are still in the list of things to collect when the postman turns up.  this means i wont receive the refunds of the postage from royal mail or ebay.

when i cancel a label \ postage, the cancellation notice is not being picked up by royal mail.

OK thanks - think I will just take these down to PO. Luckily the PO here is OK with taking RM24/48.
