Order says UK delivery address buyer chasing fromUSA

Hi

I've recently received an order and sent it via Evri to an address in the UK.

I didnt notice the "This is an International Sale etc" banner and sent it to the UK Address.

The buyer has come on and said its saying its delivered but not to the USA and then a further message saying its due to arrive on 3rd October, i'm very confused.

Can anyone shed some light on this at all please?

Your sale is to a US based seller and you've been asked to send it to the GSP hub where they will take over and be responsible for it's safe delivery to the buyer's address.
