Hey ! You say the items are delivered and proof is on the officiail RM website but listen..... if ebay connection is failing for years and years to retrieve that tracking information then infact, your items have not been delivered.
And this is the type of absolute shambles that is two multi billion pound companies doing nothing to fix problems that you would think should be fixed. No one here disbelieves you. A telephone call to ebay would chase it up and they would admit on the phone that the tracking shows delivered.
But they prefer to remain a shambles. And the resident ebay defenders on this forum simply will not make a stand and challenge ebay.
