Not received payment for my sons compute steering wheel and pedals

I have sold my sons Thrustmaster computer steering wheel and pedals. It has been posted and delivered.  I have still not rceived payment after approx 1 week.  I checked my bank and visa accounts nothing yet.  How or who in e bay can i escalate ths to please? Regards Nick

If the buyer has paid and ebay are holding the money it will be released 2 days after tracking on ebay  shows delivery.    However your account may be classed as a new seller in which case the money will be held up to 30 days.

Funds from sales are no longer automatically paid into your bank account. You have to manually request a transfer of 'Available Funds'.

That's absolutely right, however transferred some selling funds from ebay to my bank account today using the ebay app and got the message below:

I didn't click on it, just did my withdrawal but when I see it again, I'll take a screenshot and upload.

Good the payouts will revert back to automatically being transferred, now if they'd just quit it with the wait time.

The payment scheme is not being reverted, that is a reminder from Ebay for those that have a positive balance in their account. It's a scheduled payout that only happens 3 or 4 times a year.

Absolutely right.  I think it happens every 3 months.

Auto pay outs - 

As a reminder, if you don’t use or withdraw your balance, we’ll automatically send your available balance to your bank account on the first Tuesday of every January, April, July and October.
