This has been causing me a massive headache since the 10th of this month. I've looked through every forum available even contacted ebay support 2 or 3 times, removed/added my card details through the payment section and the system still wont add my card as a payment method for selling costs. Everything in my was completely fine until now (at least ever since Ebay Balance became a thing). With this ongoing issue I also can't withdraw any money from my Ebay balance or even use it to make purchases because I tried. No available solution seems to be working at all for me.

Apps can be unreliable ... using a PC/Laptop, recheck My eBay details to include Current UK Banking account and place Card details on file in order to send and receive payments through Managed Payments. >

It should be, I was advised to check the address on both my card and the details I provided on the payment section and they're both the same. But for some odd reason the system still refuses to apply my card as selling costs even though it says Preferred as selling costs. The last agent I contacted told me that some bank cards don't allow certain stuff to work but with this specific card it always worked ever since I created my account and started selling.

I've used both the App and PC. On the app I straight up does nothing but direct me to the same page with the same error message stating that my payments are on hold because I have no selling costs method. On pc I get an instant loop of logging in everytime I press the grey arrow (>) under selling costs on the Payments page.
