No Option for International Shipping when Revising Listing

Hi, I looked at a very similar thread titled "No option for international shipping when listing" but could not apply the info there to revising my Buy It Now listing. My listing ID is 4822646622311

I attach the screenshot of what I can see. The option to add International Postage is greyed out and I can't see any switch to turn it on there, or when I click "Add a Second Delivery Service" (only domestic options appear), or anywhere else. I cannot see a "See Postage Options" button to click. Is it because the listing has been up for so long? Any help much appreciated!

My advice is you contact Customer service they will be able to help set up your international postage preferences. I do it no problem so it must be how your selling preferences are set up at the moment

Sorry for the late update. This answer in this case was because I had an Offer still running on the listing (sent out to all watchers), I cannot change any listing details while the Offer is still active.
